Maintenance organization performs Lycoming engine overhaul in compliance with the Lycoming Overhaul Manual which is an addition to Service Bulletin, Service Instructions and Service Letters.

This Overhaul Manual clearly defines the technical tasks to be performed on the engine, engine accessories to be replaced, and the test procedures. All engine parts must be in accordance with Lycoming Table of Limits, a section of the Overhaul Manual. There is a possibility of genuine Lycoming factory overhaul, where only Lycoming factory-engineered replacement parts are used.

A main benefit to our Lycoming overhaul

No need to pay in advance so-called “core deposit” which is paid for parts that will be repaired, but eventually turn out to be unrepairable. In such case, our client will be notified of the matter immediately after engine disassembly and realization of Non-Destructive Magnetic Testing as well as Dimensional Check.
